- I am unable to access STUDIO with my STUDIO access card details

- I dropped my class or no longer need my STUDIO. Can I get a refund?
Make sure you are typing the code correctly and pay attention to zero's (0) and Os and ones (1) and Is. Also make sure you are including the hyphens/dashes in the code.

**Make sure to include a photo of your access code so we can best assist you. We may ask for your login credentials to attempt the code redemption on your account.
If you have already registered on Bloomsbury Fashion Central with your access card, you will need to log in to access the STUDIO content. If you have not registered, you will need to re-purchase another access card or purchase online instant access on Bloomsbury Fashion Central.
Please make sure you have purchased the correct pack ISBN book + STUDIO. If so, contact the place of purchase to let it know that part of the pack is missing. If you purchased the standalone book with no access card, you may purchase instant access on Bloomsbury Fashion Central or purchase a new STUDIO access card where available for sale.
If you purchased your textbook from your campus bookstore, it should contain an access card. If you purchased a new copy without a card, you should return it before removing the shrink wrap and replace it with a book/access card pack. Packs will be shrink-wrapped with unique ISBNs so it will be easy to see whether you purchased a pack or standalone book.
