1. Do I have to register with Bloomsbury Fashion Central?
You must register with an account on Bloomsbury Fashion Central to place an order or request and inspection copy.

2. What are the shipping charges?

North America (US and Canada): $6 for the first item and $2 for additional items.

United Kingdom customers: All UK orders will be sent by secure courier delivery. Postage and packing charges will be applied at £3.50 per package.

Europe: For our other European customers, postage and packing charges will be applied at £4.50 per package + £1 per item.

Rest of the World: Charges for the rest of world are £7.50 per order with a £1 charge per item.

3. What taxes are applicable?
UK and Europe: All prices are inclusive of tax.

North America: Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Any taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

4. How long will it take my order to arrive?

As a general guide, dispatched items are usually delivered according to the guidelines below.

North America (US and Canada): Your order will ship within 3 business days. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground Service and are delivered between 3 and 9 days from receipt of your order.

United Kingdom: 24 hours 
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Rest of world: 2-6 weeks

When placing your order please try to use a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the parcel, as a signature may be requested upon delivery.

5. How do I change my address?
It is easy to change your personal details. Once logged in, click on “My Account” at the top right of the screen. Your current details will be displayed. If you wish to change any of the fields, simply click on the Edit address button. You will then be taken to a screen displaying all the fields, which will allow you to re-enter information. Click Save when you are finished. Your profile will automatically be updated.

6. What if I forget my password?

Your password is secure. If you forget it, click on the “Forgotten password?” link at the bottom of the sign in page. You will then be asked to enter the e-mail address you originally used to register and your password will be reset.
