1. How can I cancel all or part of my order?

Please contact us at weborders@mpsvirginia.com or call (888) 840-8477 to cancel your print order in part or in whole.

eBook orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

2. Can I return an item and, if so, will I have to pay for postage?
We guarantee the quality of all products purchased from our bookstore. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt of your package for a full refund of the purchase price. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will gladly compensate you for the return postage within a week of processing the return.

3. How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, please contact customerservice@mpsvirginia.com or call (888) 330-8477.

Please note the following return instructions prior to returning your item:
This item may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund. Merchandise must be in new condition, with its original packing intact. Please return the item to the address listed below. Please make sure your name and the following return number are clearly displayed on the package.

When shipping the item, please use a method of delivery that can be traced, such as UPS or Federal Express. If you are unable to trace your package, it will be impossible for you to check on the status of a return.

Please write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping package (please do not write directly on the manufacturer’s box). When the merchandise has been received, you will receive an email with confirmation of the return and refund amount.

Please note that returned merchandise will not be accepted without the return authorization number clearly marked on the outer shipping package.

4. How long will my return take to be processed?

We endeavor to process returns within one week of receipt or within 30 days of cancellation. Be sure to include your order number in any correspondence so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible for you.

5. How will I receive my refund?
The account of the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited back the amount of that purchase, less postage and packing if returned past 30 days from receipt of your package (unless we’ve made an error).

6. What if I have not received my refund?

If you do not receive credit for your return within four weeks (six weeks for items travelling overseas), please use the Contact Us form.

7. How do we make online shopping safe?

Bloomsbury Fashion Central does not request or hold any credit/debit card information. We direct all payment transactions to WorldPay, a Secure Payment Capture service. WorldPay ensures the highest security for the processing of your credit and debit card details by means of a secure SSL-encrypted link for all online credit verification.

WorldPay guarantees you, the cardholder, that your transaction details cannot be obtained and used fraudulently as the result of an online transaction.
