1. How do I access my Fairchild Books Account?
(eBooks, STUDIO, textbooks, Instructor Resources)

1a. If you do not already have an account, please Sign Up with the email address you want associated with your account. After signing up, you should receive an email with a validation link that will allow you to create a password and Sign In to Bloomsbury Fashion Central.

If you do not receive the link within 10 minutes please contact us and we will send the link to you. Occasionally a school's firewall will prevent the automated email from reaching your inbox.

1b. To access your account, click the Personal icon in the upper right-hand corner as seen in the image below.

If you've forgotten your password, you may reset your password or Contact Us.

Please make sure that you are using your Bloomsbury Fashion Central (bloomsburyfashioncentral.com) log in details and not your Bloomsbury.com log in details. Because the two systems are completely independent, you will need to register again with Bloomsbury Fashion Central. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please Contact Us.

2. How do I access a Library Database?
(Berg Fashion Library, Fashion Photography Archive, Fairchild Books Library)

Most institutions will set up their database access via IP-authentication, which means that users are automatically ‘logged in’ when accessing through their institution. If you have been recognized as a user from a subscribing institution, your institution name will appear in the upper right of the site header.

Some institutions require username and password access. To Log In with your institution's username and password, click the Institutional icon in the upper right corner as in the image below.

If you are in doubt as to how to access the site, please contact your librarian.
