1. How do I redeem my access code through my Personal Account?
After signing in to your personal account, please click the REDEEM ACCESS CODE button in the upper right-hand corner as seen in the image below. You must be signed in to redeem your access code.
Make sure to include the hyphens when entering your access code.
2. I'm having trouble with redeeming my access code
Make sure you are typing the code correctly and pay attention to zero's (0) and Os and ones (1) and Is. Also make sure you are including the hyphens/dashes in the code.
