Make sure you are typing the code correctly and pay attention to zero's (0) and Os and ones (1) and Is. Also make sure you are including the hyphens/dashes in the code.
If you continue having trouble, or if you receive an error message, please contact customer service. **Make sure to include a photo of your access code so we can best assist you. We may ask for your login credentials to attempt the code redemption on your account.
Please note that an access card can only be redeemed once. You will not be able to redeem a friend's code, so be sure to obtain a sealed access card.
If you do not see a STUDIO for your text, there might not yet be one available. Check with your instructor to find out.
You cannot receive a refund on digital materials. Please see the “Renting An Ebook Or Other Digital Content” section in our Terms & Conditions for more information.
